Type: Normal Dream

I was late for one of my classes. I remember running into this building and looking for a seat. The building looked more like a big chalet than a modern classroom. It had wood floors, wood walls, and very high ceilings.

There were no empty seats available. I was getting worried because the professor had already began teaching. Eventually I did find a seat. Everyone was working on some sort of programming assignment. I didn't know what to do, so I had to ask someone sitting next to me. They explained it -- I don't remember what, it had something to do with converting numbers -- so I tried my best to complete it. Everyone was finishing before me, which was strange. Eventually the professor came around to mark it and I didn't do very well.

Afterwards, the professor began talking about music. Only, he started talking about these musical theory terms that seemed really complicated and unfamiliar to me. Everyone else seemed to understand except me. After that he began discussing these books that everyone else had seem to have read but me, so I didn't have a clue.

Finally, it seemed, the professor was starting some sort of band with the class. He was recruiting anyone who could play an instrument. It seemed he was asking everyone else but not me, so I offered to join. From what I remember, there were just a bunch of students with guitars standing around and doing their own thing. After everyone left, the professor went to recruit two more people, so I practiced on my guitar. When he got back, he explained to the new people that we were going to be a band of a huge mix of genres.

Then I woke up.

Type: Normal Dream

The first part of the dream was that I was at the music store and there was a new guitar on sale. It was an older (1970's from what I recall?) version of my guitar for sale. It was beautiful, almost entirely red and black, and it wasn't much more than I paid for mine. So I traded it in and carried it around everywhere with me. Everyone commented on how amazing it looked and sounded. Later...

I was on a big stage with a band. It was like being in grade 9 band all over again. We were playing a concert and there were A LOT of us. I was sitting behind a drumkit with my friend Chris, and in the middle of the song I picked up another drumstick and started playing with him. After the song I had nothing left to play, so I just sat and watched. When I went to pick up my guitar to play, the instructor of the band (Mr. Myers from high school?) gave me a dirty look like I didn't know how to play and I was going to screw up the song. So, I just put the guitar away. Afterwards I had decided with Chris we were going to start a band and write Tool-like songs in a day just to prove how easy it was. Then I woke up.

It should be noted that each of these are very fragmented. I didn't have any way to write them down, and it's not about 8 hours after waking up. I've had to remember them vaguely in my head since.

Dream #1

I was at a mall with two other people I didn't quite recognize. We were simply walking around. I do remember walking in front of a few different stores, and orange and blue colours seem to have been more vivid than any others. Other than that everything was very dark. We walked outside.

[cut]

Suddenly I remember we were in a police car. However, it was strange that the officer wasn't driving and that one of the other people I was previous with was. From what I remember the driver had a small, dark goatee/beard and thick-rimmed eyeglasses. We pulled beside another cop car and the cop inside proclaimed how much he would be in trouble. Then I woke up.

Dream #2

This is the most fragmented, but seemed to be the longest of the three dreams. I was in some dark, run-down house that was actually fairly large in size. There were several other people around. It seemed to be in the past, maybe in the 1500's. There were a bunch of people running around with swords that were unsually large. The swords were so large they were almost flimsy. One of the swordsman came up to me and offered to tell me a story. He told me that their group started a while before. I cut to images/thoughts (given to me by the swordsman?) of a group of 3 men riding horses, again with the unique swords. I don't remember much else, but the swordsman telling me about "Jesus" and "the Bible" seem to stick out. I don't know how they're related though.

Dream #3

This was definitely the shortest of the three dreams. I was behind my old public school at the soccer field. There seemed to be hundreds of others running randomly around the field. Everything was very dark and brown-coloured. I recall there being music playing for some reason -- some sort of rock band, but I don't remember who or why. It was like we were all playing soccer, but there was no soccer ball. Instead, I remember something throwing me a frisbee-like object, only it was more like a tamberine. I threw it off again to someone else... I suppose I was just playing the game? Then I woke up.
